Q: What if I receive damaged items or quality problem?
A: We send our own QC to factory do insepction on each order and your order will be taking good care of. we won't allow bad quality ship to our customers. but in the event that damage is incurred, We will either replace or credit the damaged pieces.
Q: How can I get sample before I placed order?
A: In china, general factory will charge for the sample and freight, and our regular factory will charge freight only if there are low value samples in stock. Based on the rule of our company, we won't charge the freight from the factory to our company, but the freight from our forwarder to our client. We will arrange the sample after we have your courier account and consignee information. If you don't have a courier account, you could pay the sample charge and courier charge by Western Union.
Q: What are set up charges?
A: Some of the items we offer have "set up" charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to creat the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo.
Q: If I reorder an item with the same artwork, will I pay set up charges again?
A: If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) within 2 years, you may not have to pay a set up charge again.
Q: Will I see a virtual proof before my order goes into production?
A: Yes! You will always see a virtual proof of your item. That’s because you must approve the art, location and overall appearance of your product before we produce it.
Q: How I know the production will exactly same as specs requested?
A: We always make pre-production sample for your approval which will be exactly same as production.
Q: Do you offer Rush Service?
A: This depends on the product that you want, quantity and customization services. Most products have rush options available.
